Navratri, a sacred festival in Hinduism, is celebrated with immense enthusiasm and grandeur worldwide. However, during this auspicious period, a disturbing incident occurred in the capital city of Delhi, which has been seen as an attack on Sanatan Dharma.
The incident took place in the Tees Hazari area of Delhi. On Wednesday night, a group of devotees was on their way home after collecting Jyoti from a renowned temple, Jhandaywala Mandir in Delhi. However, as they were traveling, they encountered individuals who disrupted their religious practice by desecrating the Jyoti and throwing meat on it. The attack reportedly occurred around 2 a.m. This incident is perceived as a direct assault on the beliefs of Sanatan Dharma, and it is not the first such case to happen in the capital.
